This biographical drama tells a timeless story of kindness that can heal the wounds of the past and conquer cynicism. The Californian screenwriter, director and actress took part in a directing workshop in Sundance in 2012 and got several scholarships to develop her screenplays for TV stations. As an actress, she has performed in theatres all over the world. Her directing debut The Diary of a Teenage Girl won the International Jury's award at Berlinale.
