The ride begins. In the beginning, the audience is invited to choose the viewpoint of one of the characters - a man, a woman, a child, or an older woman. The journey in the open train compartment is followed by a journey into the mind of the chosen character. What is the girl’s relationship to motherhood? Why does a man have a problem forming relationships? Will the older woman remember her old love? And how does a child experience his parents’ fights?

The Lebanese-born screenwriter, director, and producer, now living in Canada, has a wide range of film experiences. He came to prominence with his feature debut, Saved by the Belles (2003), which won several national Canadian film awards.
