In 2009, Israeli rowing champion Jasmine Feingold went out to row on the river. Her boat turned over due to a collision, and she could not get out of it and remained underwater. Dozens of people watched the incident and stared at the drowning woman for over four minutes. No one helped her. The VR project returns to the accident site and the minds of the individual bystanders. Why don’t they intervene? What’s stopping them? What are they afraid of? And will someone finally jump into the river to save Jasmine?
