The citizens of the town of Solby enjoy peaceful lives. Yet one day, Mitcho and Sebastian find a message in a bottle on the seashore. It was written by Solby's mayor who disappeared, and it says he's on a mysterious island and has found out something important. The friends must set off on a dangerous journey full of great adventures and discoveries. This animated family film is an adaptation of an eponymous book for small children.
