Europe is facing social and economic changes which are also reflected in the lives of its inhabitants. Four couples, each in a different European country, make love, break up, raise children, and look for work and, above all, themselves, in the transforming society. Directed by Jan Gassmann, the documentary portrait of intimate relationships under the influence of political mechanisms in today's Europe premiered at last year's Berlinale.
