Oskars Rupenheits (Latvia) established himself with his graduation film, Lambert, which earned him a Latvian National Film Award. He continued his studies at the London Film School. After returning to Riga, he made mainly very popular short comedy and crime films. His first feature film, The Foundation of Criminal Excellence, was Latvia's most successful film in 2018. Oskars Rupenheits will personally introduce it at Febiofest on 25th March. (New Europe)
