Director and screenwriter Isabella Eklöf (Sweden) found her way to cinema through literature and theatre. In 2011, she graduated from the Danish Film School with the short film Noter fra kælderen (Notes from the Basement), which earned her a prestigious Danish Bisballe award. She collaborated on the screenplay of Ali Abbasi's fantasy drama, Border, which won an Un Certain Regard award in Cannes. Her feature debut, Holidays, won awards at numerous international festivals. Isabella Eklöf will be a part of Febiofest's Amnesty International Award jury.
