Director
The director, screenwriter and actor Francesco Zippel (Italy) focuses mainly on portraits of artists and exceptional personalities from the worlds of cinema and literature. He has collaborated with many distinguished directors, including Wes Anderson and his Grandhotel Budapest, and William Friedkin and his documentaries The Devil and Father Amort. This cooperation brought about the idea for Zippel's directing debut, Friedkin Uncut, which was screened at numerous major international festivals, including IFF Venice. Francesco Zippel will personally introduce this film at Febiofest between on 23rd March. (Docs)
