Köping is to be announced as Sweden's most boring town for 1984. The locals are obviously not thrilled, and the most miffed is Hasse, who has just moved there. He decides the town must find its place in the sun and on the map by baking the largest sandwich cake in the world. He contacts the publishers of the Guinness Book of Records and sets to work. But the path to success is thorny.
