Jacques is a successful writer living with HIV for years in a book-lined Parisian flat, a place of meetings with his dying ex, little son, and a bitter neighbour. Jacques' view of life, people, and love is pretty cynical. His turbulent romance with a hot young stud from Brittany is full of passion, drama and references to classic works of art, in a recognisable line of films by the French auteur Christophe Honoré.
