Felon Bobby Ogden composed a country hit, “Outlaw Blues”, while in prison. After his release, he finds out that his song was stolen by a famous country musician, Garland Dupree. When Bobby confronts him, a tragic accident occurs. Bobby must flee and singer Tina becomes his only ally.
