A Danish family is visiting their Dutch friends whom they've met on holiday but the visit isn't going as expected. Despite the unpleasant moments stemming from cultural and personal differences, the Danish try to remain polite. However, the remoteness of the location exacerbates the mutual misunderstanding of the two families and primal fears drive the tension up to an unbearable level. This horror is similarly unsettling as Hereditary.
