Illiterate Indian women become experts in solar panels, a former forester builds wooden houses that do not require heating, a Swiss couple turns a wasteland into paradise, and musicians make tones transform into beauty.
The Austrian filmmaker made several short films that succeeded at European festivals, and later worked for the ORF TV. He now teaches at a university and directs independent films focusing on environmental issues. His feature documentary Let's Make Money won the Best Documentary award at Sundance.
