A young nun sneaks out of the convent, but her journey to the city changes her fate in a completely different way than she expected. Reality meets faith in an enigmatic story that can be viewed pragmatically and spiritually.
The Romanian filmmaker based in New York made his debut with Periferic (2010), screened in Locarno. Miracle premiered last year in Venice in the Orizzonti competition section and won the Best Foreign Film award at the Warsaw IFF.
