A documentary comedy captures six days in the lives of three employees of a small electrical contracting company in a Barcelona suburb. Mohamed, a shy Moroccan immigrant, is starting his first trial week. If he does well, he should replace Pepé who is about to retire. However, irritable and stubborn Valero doesn't like this prospect and nitpicks on the smallest mistakes his new colleague could make while also being jealous of his popularity with female customers. Will the protagonists of this humorous character study manage to overcome their prejudice and find an understanding?
