After many years, a young man returns to his home village, isolated from the outside world in a river delta. When he finds out that his mother is living with her new boyfriend and his sister is an adult woman, he decides to build his own house there. He gradually gets closer to his sister, to a point that breaks social norms. This minimalist drama unfolds at a slow tempo and simmers mainly under the surface.
